Community Leaders Ecosystem Event

In partnership with Community Waikato, Hamilton City Council, and the Good Day Matrix, the Waikato Wellbeing project is delighted to be supporting the 2024 Community Leaders Ecosystem Event.

This is not your ordinary leadership event. We all have a stake in the future, and we are setting the stage to make magic happen. If you are a community leader, a member of a not-for-profit organisation, a local government official, or someone who cares about their community thriving, we are inviting you to do something extraordinary with us.

The event will have four major sessions covering the following leadership themes:

1.     Managing Conflict Constructively and Communicating Confidently, facilitated by Sacha Coburn

2.     Leading with an Intergenerational and Belonging Focus, featuring

·       Astra Patmore, Community Link Trust

·       Javaya Wheki, Seed Waikato

·       Dujon Cullingford, Waikato Wellbeing Project; and

·       Mia Arif, Waikato Student Union

3.     Working better together across organisations, facilitated d by Erena Severne Takataka

4.     Reliance and connection in Challenging Times, facilitated by David Galbraith

The event will be held on Tuesday 12 November, 9.15am to 2.45pm, Hamilton Gardens Pavilion
